The sound of rains
That liquid life
As blood flowing thru
The veins.

Pumping
The late night air
I am aware
That chill keeps
senses alert.
The fragrance
Of fresh fallen rain
The earth rejoicing
Releasing song
Winter's chill
What a thrill
The warmth of life
The healing balm
For those that think
There's only death
